One of the UK's leading commercial brokers is seeking to appoint an experienced individual to join their claims team.

The role
??Process and deal with all claims on a "cradle to grave" basis.
??Handle various types of insurance claims including property, personal lines & liability.
??Develop & maintain insurer and client relationships to ensure the best possible outcome.
Manage own caseload in line with company & FCA procedure.
You:
??Previous claims handling experience.
??Commercial or Personal Lines insurance experience.
??Cert CII qualified or working towards preferred but not essential.
??Excellent customer service & communication experience
