The role in more detail:

As the Analytics Manager you will be responsible for a wide range of customer data sources, understanding trends and engagement behaviours across multiple channels to provide insight on customer engagement strategies. You will be using your SQL and Python/R coding skills to emphasise how the company can utilise the customer insights and trends, presenting insights to senior stakeholders across multiple teams. This is the ideal role for someone who is commercially driven and understands how insights from customer data can be utilised to drive business strategy. In addition, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of analysts delivering high quality analytical solutions.

Your skills in more detail:

• Degree educated with a minimum 2:1 in Maths, Stats, Economics etc
• SQL and Python or R coding experience is essential and knowledge of modelling techniques
• Experienced in highlighting trends in data and presenting insights to senior stakeholders
• Ambitious and data driven, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
