Exciting Paraplanner Opportunity

Our client seeks a highly focused and technical Paraplanner to join the team based in their busy and vibrant offices in Bristol. This successful, global wealth management firm provides expert advice to both private clients and businesses on insurance, healthcare, employee benefits and financial planning.

The role requires you to work proactively with Advisers and Client Support, providing high quality full paraplanning support, undertaking accurate research, making recommendations and report writing in relation to all product areas. Responsibilities will include preparing documentation for meetings, identifying suitable solutions to meet client's needs and ensuring the correct collation of relevant information. You will act as a main point of contact for all client queries, establishing strong relationships and attending meeting when appropriate. Reviewing investment portfolios and asset allocation are also key aspects of this role.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced individual adept at working with financial planners in a high pressure environment. With, or working towards, the Diploma the client seeks someone organised who is good at working to tight deadlines and able to identify potential planning opportunities. It is essential for this role that you have a real aptitude for technology and a high level of product knowledge. The role will be demanding so you need to be able to deal with pressure and prioritise your workload when urgent tasks arise.
