The Partner Remuneration Service Adviser will be the front-line support to the Partnership and Field Management Team with regards to all aspects of Partner Remuneration, Partner Benefits, Client Management, BSP and Loan related queries, from appointment to retirement via emails and telephone calls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with a wide range of queries via e-mail and telephone as part of a team who are responsible for handling all inbound calls and emails from the Partnership and FMT
  • Work through emails allocated from the Partnership Accounts Inbox ensuring all queries are dealt with efficiently and in line with service expectations across the Partnership
  • Handle all Partners/Field Management teams calls in relation to all aspect of Partner Remuneration, Partner Benefits, Client Management and related queries
  • Adhere to service levels as set by Senior Management
  • Initiate contact/investigation with admin centres and 3rd parties for queries that require further investigation and liaise and update Partners/FMT
  • To actively get involved in projects to support the development of the Partner Finance department and follow these from beginning to end
  • Be seen as an expert in the day to day administration tasks of the department having knowledge in more complex issues & processes


Required Skills:

  • Service focused with previous experience in a customer service role
  • Excellent communication skills on all levels and across all mediums
  • Confident and pro-active approach to tasks and communications
  • Numerate and accurate with an excellent eye for detail
  • Resilient with an ability to adapt easily to change
  • Strong team player with good interpersonal skills
  • Takes ownership and responsibility for all tasks and instructions
  • Accountability for all work undertaken and commitments made


Required Technical Knowledge:

  • Excellent knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook is essential
