Are exciting new role has become available for an experienced Sales Negotiator, to join our clients innovative and prominent independent Estate Agency in Bristol?

With a strong team already in place, coupled with an excellent reputation in the local area, this role will provide the right candidate an exciting & rewarding career!

As a Sales Negotiator you will be responsible for:

• Working in the busy Sales department
• Registering buyers details & matching them to available properties
• Booking property valuations
• Conducting accompanied viewings
• Negotiating property sales
• Sales administration
• Calling out new property details

You will need a minimum of 2 years Estate Agency, along with the following skills:

• Have strong negotiation skills
• Be ambitious & committed, with a drive to develop your skills
• Be a team player & enjoy working in a busy environment
• Expert local knowledge would be an advantage
• Hold a full UK driving licence & have access to your own car

You will receive a competitive package:

• Basic: GBP15,000 - GBP18,000 pa (DOE)
• OTE GBP20,000 - GBP23,000 pa
• Fantastic working environment
