Our client, a local independent Estate Agent are seeking a Sales Negotiator to join their friendly, professional team

Responsibilities:

  • Meet & greet customers in a positive, enthusiastic manner
  • Qualify applicants, match them to suitable properties & keep them updated
  • Book viewings & valuations
  • Attend viewings
  • Negotiating offers
  • Keep both vendor and buyer updated on sale process throughout
  • Diary management
  • Office duties, admin, sale memorandums etc

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 12 months' experience working within Estate Agency
  • Proven track record of generating new business
  • Energetic, enthusiastic & driven individual
  • Full clean UK drivers licence
  • Well spoken & articulate

Working Hours: 8.45am - 6.00pm Monday to Friday and alternate Saturdays 9:00am - 4:00pm

Salary/ Package: In return, my clients are offering a generous basic up to GBP18,000 dependant on experience with a realistic OTE of around GBP25,000 in your first year.
