Learning and Development Manager

You will be a Learning and Development Specialist with experience of:

• Learning design (in / formal, eLearning, social learning etc.).
• Learning and development needs analysis and assessment.
• Managing quality standards and frameworks.
• Curriculum framework design.
• Competency frameworks and assessment design.

Responsible for:

• Developing and implementing training programmes.
• Produce training plans, materials and procedures.
• Manage the training budget.
• Organise the training cycle.
• Assess training needs for staff.
• Coordinate all training activity across the organisation.
• Supporting the overall business strategy and help the business grow through it employees and Learning & Development initiatives.
• Ensure that all employees are equipped with the requisite knowledge and skills to fulfill their roles successfully.
