A super opportunity to join an independent Estate Agency and Lettings Firm in Bristol.

Looking for a Lettings Negotiator to work in a highly successful office, the ideal candidate for this role will have lettings experience already and a strong background in winning new business.

Key tasks include:
-Generating Market Appraisals
-Liaising with Landlords and tenants
-Booking viewings
-Attending viewings
-Follow up calls
-Property phone outs

Requirements:
-Previous Lettings experience is favourable
-Customer service orientated
-Driven and motivated
-Well presented
-Valid UK Driving license and use of own vehicle.
