Interim HR Manager

Are you an established HR Manager, immediately available and looking for your next challenge? Better Placed HR People are excited to be working with a well known, market leading organisation based in Bath to appoint an Interim HR Manager. You will take the lead for managing a number of exciting and crucial projects for one of the organisation's sites. The contract will last 6 months and you will play a key part in ensuring that the projects run smoothly and efficiently.

The role offers an opportunity to work in a fast paced environment, supporting the firm by providing hands on operational HR expertise that you have developed across your career. You will be actively involved in developing the existing team and helping the organisation through a large scale redundancy process.

The ideal candidate will be someone who is has a track record in a generalist HR capacity, with experience working in a fast paced environment.
