An exciting opportunity has arisen with a leading city firm looking for a paralegal to join their highly regarded Corporate team.

The successful candidate will work closely with Associates and Partners within Corporate, by drafting agreements including board minutes & commercial agreements, conducting research and attending client meetings with the fee earners in the Corporate team.

The ideal candidate Corporate Paralegal will will have 6 months Corporate experience.
