Car Sales Executive Basic up to GBP16k ote GBP35k

A busy city centre dealership are looking to recruit a highly experienced Car Sales Executive, with the drive and ambition to earn fantastic commission and mentor the more junior members of the sales team.

We will only accept applications from candidates with previous Car Sales Experience

Duties will typically include:discussing customers' needs and the features of different vehicles

arranging test-drives (a drivers licence is required)

negotiating the sale price, including any 'trade-in value for a customers old car

working out finance, including cash and car loans

selling accessories or after-sales service

completing paperwork

updating stock lists, ordering new cars or buying used cars

keeping the forecourt and vehicles clean

meeting sales targets

Working hours are 40 to 45 hours a week on a rota between 8.30am and 6pm. This will include weekends and bank holidays.

number skills for working out prices and finance deals

the ability to explain technical information in everyday language

a passion to deliver a high standard of customer service

excellent communication skills

the ability to work well within a team

Driving Licence (full, clean)
