Property Searcher

My client is a leading supplier to the property industry. The majority of our clients are Solicitors handling the sale of property or land. We're looking for someone with excellent data collection skills to join our team to undertake personal searches of local authority records within Gloucestershire.

This will involve visiting various council departments and transcribing information by hand, so you'll need to be able to build good relationships with a wide range of people and to have legible handwriting. You'll spend approximately 2 days out and about and 3 days in the office where you'll be quality checking completed Local searches and undertaking other search related duties.

Do you have the transferrable skills? If so don't worry if you don't have previous experience, as we'll provide full training.

This is a full time position and as you'll be joining a small team you'll need to be a self starter with plenty of initiative. You must also be computer literate and have your own transport.
