Salary: GBP23,000 per annum

Our client is representing a leading regional law firm who have been acknowledged by the industry for its growth and business excellence. They have an impressive growth track record and haven't finished yet! They are looking to recruit conveyancers to work autonomously handling their own case load of residential plot sales.

This role will involve day-to-day responsibility for efficient, accurate and cost effective progression of all transactions and includes a high standard of liaison and rapport with the client's personnel. These transactions will primarily be house, apartment and shared ownership leasehold sales progressed on behalf of the firm's house builder and social housing clients.

The ideal Conveyancer will:

• Have at least 6 months experience in the property industry, ideally in plot sales and dealing with shared ownership matters.
• Excellent clear, concise and effective written and verbal communication skills together with great attention to detail, including the capability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Excellent IT skills with an in depth understanding of the Microsoft suite.
• Able to work efficiently, accurately and with tight deadlines.
• Ability to collaborate and work effectively with other colleagues internally, both within the wider team and across all practice areas.
