• You will have the necessary attributes to be a champion of Residential Property Sales and Listings in your area.
• You should have a successful track record in Estate Agency and must genuinely like people and enjoy dealing with them in a business context and believe passionately in delivering a superior customer service.
• You will need drive and determination to succeed in winning business and creating opportunity.
• You will have flexibility to charge fees as you deem appropriate in order to win instructions. In return you will receive 35% of each sale fee that you have generated.
• Some leads may be provided, which will be paid at a different rate, to be negotiated.

Experience:

• Previous Estate Agency experience is essential.
• Valuing experience will be an advantage but is not essential.
• You must possess a valid driving licence and have use of a vehicle.
• You will ideally possess evidence of a solid sales record within Estate Agency.

Remuneration:

??You will be paid 35% of the fees you generate, with the other 65% covering all of the associated costs of keeping you up and running.

??Realistic earnings potential of GBP21,000 - GBP60,000+ Fill your boots!

??A different rate will apply to leads provided, that were not generated by you. Negotiable.

??There will a nominal charge per case to cover administration and sales progression, which will enable you to spend more time on selling. To be discussed.

??Our client will invest in marketing and will assist with generating leads where possible.
