HGV Class 1 Driver - Avonmouth (Ref - YDF)

As a national recruitment partner for one of the UK's leading names in the logistic industry, Driving Plus are looking to recruit experienced (C+E) Class 1 drivers working at their distribution centre based out of Avonmouth.

This opportunity will give successful drivers the ability to work on either AM or PM shift ongoing long term, working 4 / 5 days a week with ad hoc or weekend shifts to suit. The work itself involves trunking RDC to RDC and store deliveries, ensuring health and safety is followed at all time. Our client delivers throughout the South West and offers an excellent working environment. As a professional HGV Class 1 driver you will be paid competitive rates however, you will be required to have excellent practical skills in driving C+E vehicles to the highest of standards.

The rates for HGV Class 1 Ltd Company Drivers are as follows:

• Monday to Friday Days - GBP12.50 per hour
• Monday to Friday Night - GBP13.50 per hour
• Saturday - GBP14.50 per hour
• Sunday - GBP16.00 per hour

Only HGV category C+E drivers will qualify. A minimum of 12 months HGV driving experience is desirable. You must have no more than 6 penalty points for driving offences and no driving bans. References to cover the last 3 years will be required.
