We are looking for a caring, patient and well organised individual to join a school we are working with in Weston-Super-Mare as a classroom Teaching Assistant.
The role is to work as part of a team, alongside the classroom teacher in promoting the academic, social and emotional development of pupils within a stable, caring and supportive learning environment to enable them to achieve their full potential. This will involve working with groups and individuals delivering teaching objectives planned by the class teacher. The successful applicant will have personal qualities of empathy, patience, flexibility and will be able to use their own initiative.
