Trial Balance Consulting are working exclusively with a rapidly expanding manufacturer based in Newent. This multi-faceted and market leading company now require an experienced Finance Manager to ensure the smooth running of the businesses finance department through this growth period and beyond. This is a full time and permanent position within a busy and friendly office environment.

Responsibilities of the Finance Manager include:

Balance sheet reconciliations
BACS and CHAPS processing
foreign currency reconciliations (USD / EUR)
Month end processes
VAT returns
Cashflow forecasts
Large payroll including temps
Assist with audits

The successful candidate will:

Have been doing a similar role recently
Be able to analyse and adapt to change in a positive way
Have a desire to improve business performance
Have a good working knowledge of SAGE and MS Excel
