Job Description
Are you looking for a fulfilling and rewarding role?
We are looking for keen, caring, creative and upbeat individuals to join our team of Support Workers in Didcot to support 6 fun-loving people.
Some examples of the support you will provide at this service are preparing meals, personal care, supporting with finances and updating support plans for the people we support.
Our Didcot service is a very lively and fun place to work in where no two days are the same. The people we support love their day to day activities, some of these include going to garden centres, barbeques, gardening, knitting and playing table tennis. The people we support enjoy going to new places, visiting the zoo, visiting museums and going on holidays with their support staff. The successful candidate will be required to work across a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons and evenings. You will also be required to work weekends, bank holidays and sleep ins, again this will be on a shift basis.
Previous experience is not essential as full training will be provided, however a positive attitude is essential for this role. If you would like to work in a homely environment and be a part of passionate, driven team of support workers, then we would love to hear from you!
