A really exciting, challenging and interesting job opportunity for a highly experienced and passionate Senior Digital Product Manager to join an established international business in its new UK office on a permanent basis. The organisation is setting up its new base here in central Bristol, to launch in the UK market, having already been successful in multiple overseas locations. The position offers excellent scope for being a key part of the company's future expansion and success in their market, as well as taking real ownership for the strategy, design and development of core and new applications and features.

Your new role
As Senior Digital Product Development Manager you will be a part of the Senior Management team. You will work with the Tech Lead and Director of Product alongside a small, but growing, team of mobile engineers, web developers and UX designers producing core and new web applications for the business. You'll be involved in the full lifecycle from strategic planning, design and development through to implementation and delivery, liaising with and working as part of a wider talented, dedicated digital team across the global business. You'll lead on responsibility for designing innovative new products and features across existing core applications, as well as new apps. You'll also look at performance issues, and continuous improvements, ultimately helping drive a customer focused and collaborative approach to deliver products of the highest quality to the market, with user experience at the heart of the company's focus.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have extensive commercial hands on experience at a senior level as a Digital Product Manager preferably with a background in design, development or engineering and of working with mobile and multi platform web applications. You will have excellent understanding and practical experience of delivery of B2C products from inception to completion. If you have exposure to or knowledge of using SQL or R for analysis this would be an advantage. You are technically highly capable, really passionate and driven about product design and development, always striving to work to your best ability and taking great pride in your work. You must enjoy being very hands on, be naturally curious, thinking about new approaches, and comfortable in suggesting ideas and providing solutions. You will be a natural leader, a highly confident communicator used to working at a senior management level, able to make effective strategic decisions, happy to take on ownership for your work, proactive and capable of working on your own initiative, as well as working collaboratively with the wider team.
