New! - an exciting opportunity has arisen with a leading Legal 500 firm now looking to enhance its highly successful commercial property team based in Swindon. Due to growth, we would like to speak with experienced property solicitors who might be considering a step-up to a regional heavyweight law firm in this charming location. You will ideally have a minimum of one years commercial property experience and be confident advising on matters including:

• Acquisitions & Disposals of Commercial Property;
• Promotion & Option Agreements
• Property Finance Issues;
• Complex Landlord & Tenant Issues;
• Portfolio Management

You will ideally have a solid academic profile and be looking for immediate client contact in any new role. The ideal individual will have a genuine appetite for business development and be looking to exceed client expectations on a consistent basis.
