The Organisation
Our client is an award winning GBP60m turnover social enterprise, providing over 20 million passenger trips every year. The surplus from their commercial work is reinvested into further transport services or projects in communities, keeping social impact at the centre of the organisation.

Transformation Manager
Salary GBP40,000 - 45,000 depending on experience
Bristol

The Role
Following a successful bid collaboration, two organisations based in Bristol are due to become 'sister' companies. With this in mind, the Transformation Manager will drive the integration and delivery of services provided, as well as developing new services through a process of co-design with passengers and local organisations.

This role will report to the Director of Community Transport and will be responsible for leading a team to integrate and develop a full range of community transport services in Bristol. Consolidating the efficiency savings from integrating services provided by the two previous organisations will be key as well as developing new services and successfully marketing these services to a wide range of audiences to generate additional revenues and achieve the maximum social impact.

This is both a change management project as well as a services development opportunity in an exciting and fast changing environment.

The person
To be successful in this role you will need a proven track record of achievement, leading teams to deliver outstanding service through effective project management. Ideally confident in handling a change management process, you will need to bring an entrepreneurial, creative and autonomous approach, whilst having a genuine enthusiasm and commitment to the organisation's social aims.

This outward facing position will require first class communication and stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to sell and enthuse others about the work and benefits of the organisation.

Whilst your experience can be gained in any sector, knowledge of the voluntary/community/social enterprise sector would be an advantage.
