HR Graduate, Cirencester
Immediate Start
Job Location: Cirencester, Gloucestershire. Easily commutable from the likes of Cheltenham, Gloucester, Swindon and other Gloucestershire locations.
Job type: Interim cover, 6 weeks contract. The HR Graduate job start as temporary, but would become permanent for the right candidate.
GBP12.00 per hour plus holiday pay

Your responsibilities:
As the HR Graduate, you will gain exposure to the HR Operations environment, looking after the onboarding of new employees. You will be regularly liaising with candidates, managers and external agencies on a daily basis to ensure candidates' starting dates are agreed, that candidates are properly set up on relevant systems and that contracts and any compliance documentation required from candidates is obtained within agreed deadlines.
Personal Attributes:
You will be a dynamic and highly motivated individual with keen interested to develop a career in HR. You will possess strong communication skills with the ability to build long lasting relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You will also have strong planning and prioritising skills.
