Claims Handler

A well-established property maintenance company based in Clifton are looking for a Claims Hander. This growing company are experienced in the tasks required in securing occupied properties on behalf of lender clients as well as adding value through completing major property refurbishments.
This company specialise in:
• Possession
• Renovation
• Maintenance
• Insurance

As a Claims Handler, you will be responsible for processing property claims. Documenting each stage of the processes and managing relationships throughout, the Claims Handler must be:

• Proactive; reprioritising workload to deadlines
• Understanding and empathetic approach to working cases
• Ability to deliver bad news
• Ability to be empathetic
• Build a relationship with management clients and their customers
This candidate will need to have;
• Previous claims handling experience
• Excellent telephone manner
• Good attention to detail

This role is Monday-Friday 9am- 5.30pm and is paying between GBP20,000 - GBP22,000.
