The school is offering full-time roles on a fixed-term contract and is looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join their team

Your new role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will be working closely with students in KS3 to support the transition from KS2. You will be facilitating learning for students and ensuring a productive and supportive environment is maintained. You will be able to confidently use strategies, in liaison with teachers, to help students achieve their learning goals.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need a grade C or above in Maths and English at GCSE level. You will have recent and relevant Teaching Assistant experience within a school. You will be passionate about working with young people and supporting them in their development and engagement within a school setting.
