We're on the lookout for a Senior Creative Designer looking for a lead role in the studio for a unique brand and design agency just outside of Bath? Are you looking for genuine creativity across a breadth of media from packaging to digital, brand identity and brand experience? If so then this could be the perfect role for you.

The role.
As the Senior Creative Designer you'll be working across packaging, traditional, digital, brand identity and lots more. This is a chance to take the lead in the studio and work across a wide assortment of large and small clients from conceptual design through to execution. There will also be the opportunity to work directly with clients and to mentor junior members of the design team. We're looking for somebody with ambitions to grow with the agency, and maybe become the future creative director.
The experience we need.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience within a similar Creative Designer role, working for a similar brand and design agency
- A skilled designer with a proven portfolio demonstrating previous branding experience, working across a multitude of media types.
- Experience across the full design process including brainstorming, creative concepting, art-working, and digital design.
- Acting in a senior capacity you will be a good communicator, able to convey your ideas in an inspiring way and support your creative with considered reasoning.
