About the role

We have a great opportunity for a strong sales and service driven retail manager to join us and lead the team to maximise the opportunities in our Bath store.

Drawing on your strong commercial fashion experience, you will:

• facilitate the delivery of an effortless, genuine and premium service that reflects the desires of our individual customers;
• maximise sales and profitability through excellent customer service, visual excellence, good commercial decisions and effective cost control;
• effectively manage the branch operations and stock movement;
• recruit, develop and lead the team to consistently deliver the expectations and enable them to fulfil their potential;
• capitalise on local market commercial opportunities; and
• maintain a safe environment for our colleagues and customers.

About you

You will have proven fashion retail management experience, excellent visual merchandising skills, strong commercial awareness, and good knowledge of the local market environment.

As a natural leader and strong communicator, you will develop and motivate your team to exceed customer expectations and deliver a premium shopping experience. You will build good working relationship not only within your branch, but also across all regions and our head office.
