Part time Management Consultant, West London, Public Sector

Our client is a niche consultancy providing services to the public sector. They are looking to grow their team and are seeking experienced Consultants to join them either on an employed basis or as an Associate on ad-hoc projects.
In this role you will work closely with clients on their projects and undertake tasks such as data collection and analysis, working collaboratively to resolve any problems with the client and often you will manage the client team throughout a project.
You will be comfortable with quickly getting up to speed with new sector or functional skills. You will be able to work autonomously, managing and prioritising your own workload.
We are seeking candidates with experience or at least a strong interest in working with public services. You will bring a significant track record of problem solving and impact, through previous consultancy, public services or industry roles.
Candidates should also be experienced in using and possibly training others in one or more of the following:

• MS Excel and MS Access or other databases for in-depth diagnostic analysis
• Strategic problem solving methodologies
• Continuous improvement methodologies
• Project and programme management
• Change management and influencing skills

Location: West London
Flexibility: 4 days a week flexible working if employed / ad hoc project work if an Associate
