The client works in Construction, Technology, Life Science, Engineering sector and only recruits the cr??me de la cr??me candidate into each field. For you this will mean getting up to 40% uncapped commission on deal sizes worth GBP60-GBP100k every month. Trust me you will be extremely benefited from an uncapped commission structure that goes up to 40%. Not only that, the career progression is an award winning model, the harder you work the quicker you will move up the ladder and be a wealthy team leader managing your own team.

Recruitment Consultant - Job Role:

• Advertising job roles
• Network with new business
• Screening CV's
• Identifying suitable candidates
• Building long lasting relationships with clients and candidates
• Research Markets

Recruitment Consultant - Skills:

• 2:1 or Higher
• A natural sales ability
• Highly committed and self motivated
• Money motivated
• Excellent communication skills
• Ambitious
• Competitive flair

What we are offering you:

• Salary incresse of 5K within 3 months
• 1st year earning of GBP40,000-GBP55,000, 2nd year earning GBP65,000-GBP85,000,
