The Opportunity: An opportunity has arisen for a Global Operational Client Support Consultant to join our GOCS team and support the various Sales Channels and clients on a day to day basis, with all operational issues, including trailer fees and terms of business requests. Your key responsibilities will be: Dealing with queries both telephone and written from Retail Institutional clients. Be quick to respond to issues and ensure the general demands of the Clients are supported. Ensuring relationships are managed and progressed. Liaise with internal/external Clients and Suppliers - attendance at client meetings where necessary. Management of Terms of Business and Distribution Agreements. Analysis of current operational models in order to identify improvement opportunities. Support the other team members to ensure that the existing strategy continues to be met. What we are looking for: You will be an excellent communicator, with strong interpersonal skills and previous experience dealing with external clients, as well as developing and maintaining effective working internal relationships.
