Presentation & Production Assistant

Based in Milton Keynes
Temporary contract for 12 months
We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our friendly and supportive Production and Presentation Area team, working flexibly under the direction of the Production and Presentation Manager to help ensure deadlines are met and effective cover is provided to meet changing priorities.
You will be required to update progress reports on modules in production and presentation, and update and maintain module inventories on the PLANET database. It is important that you operate in a proactive manner and deliver work to a high standard.
Your administrative and secretarial experience will be utilised for routine office tasks and you will benefit from strong IT skills and an understanding of in-house systems, for which full training will be given. The ability to pay attention to detail, use your initiative, prioritise effectively and to work collaboratively within a team is essential.
Previous office experience with excellent communication and organisational skills are required.
