Job Title: Qualification Developer - Apprenticeship Standards / Frameworks
Location: Remote / Flexible with Location
Salary / Rate: Negotiable + Benefits
Type: Freelance / Contract
Duties:
- Work closely with Employers and Curriculum Manager to identify business / training needs.
- Design and develop tailored solutions across a range of vocations, including; Admin, Customer Service, Team Leading, Management, Hospitality, IT, Health & Social Care and Childcare Apprenticeships in line with the new Apprenticeship Standards, Apprenticeship Frameworks and ESFA funding/compliance rules.
- Pull together schemes of work and session plans and developing bespoke templates / packages for employers.
- Conduct meetings / training needs analysis with employers.
- Ensure that all programmes are compliant with all compliance and funding rules.
- Maintain own knowledge of the required vocational sectors, standards, funding, policies, compliance and quality teaching and learning.
Essential Criteria:
- This role would suit someone who has worked as an Assessor with experience of qualification content design
- Excellent understanding of funding body requirements for Apprenticeships / new Apprenticeship Standards
- Experience of conducting Training Needs Analysis with employers
- Confident, with experience of meeting businesses to discuss their company dynamics and business needs in detail
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
- Proven experience of strategic planning and development
- Ability to work to targets and deadlines.
