The Company
Our client is a market leader of Healthcare and Insurance plans within there sector. They are growing at a great rate and have non plans of slowing down. As such - they are now looking at bringing on a new Support Analyst to help with a a variety of responsiblities related to the company's business systems.
The Role
You will be responsible for maintaining and supporting the business systems. This will be achieved by making use of your technical and operational support skills and generally speaking this will be customer and client facing. You will act as a key point of contact for end users and customers who have raised issues and as such you will liase with both internal members of the team and external suppliers to help resolve any issues.
Key Responsibilties
- Day to day operational and system support processes for the Global PCP portal
- Responding to and acting on issues/requests, from the PCP field teams, in a timely manner; Prioritising appropriately
- Day to day monitoring of business systems;
- Day to day performance of assigned operational tasks;
- Providing solutions to application related incidents and problems;
- Diagnosis and resolution of system issues, liaising with external suppliers where required
- Maintaining ownership of issues until resolved
- Documenting of operational support processes
- Assisting in testing of system enhancements and new features;
- Assisting Business Systems Manager as required
- Analyzing client's systems requirements for a future development
- Preparing proposals for systems modifications or replacements
- Providing 2nd line IT support for end users and PCP field teams
- Proactive in identifying improvements to system
- Providing advice to global field teams
Measures of success
- Ensuring collections deadlines are met without issues
- Prompt resolution of issues
- Ensuring system and operational processes are fully documented
