Trainee Accountant

One of Cirencester's most reputable firms of Chartered Accountants require a Junior Accountant to complement their strong team. This friendly multi office firm, established in Cirencester for over 50 years, have won the respect of businesses far and wide.

You will be trained by a team of highly skilled Seniors with a training package that is certain to set your career on the right path.

Duties will include:

• Accounts preparation
• Preparation of personal tax returns for sole traders and partnerships
• Corporation tax returns
• VAT computations
• Bookkeeping
• Payroll and general administration.

Due to the nature of this role, applicants with previous accountancy practice experience will be at a significant advantage.

The successful applicant will be a fantastic communicator and will be comfortable dealing with clients and colleagues at all levels. You will be an efficient worker with excellent IT skills, and the ability to pick up a variety of accountancy software systems at speed.

This role comes with an excellent training package including a generous salary and the opportunity to progress throughout the firm. This role is available on a permanent full time basis, likewise applicants who are looking for part time opportunities will also be considered.
