I am currently looking for Customer Service Advisors to join a well known financial company based in Newcastle this would be an excellent opportunity for someone who is now looking to join an organisation that can offer progression and development and enjoys working within a customer focussed environment
Duties and Responsibilities
* Working within a busy fast paced call centre
* Dealing with inbound queries regarding student loans/ applications and any missing payments that haven't been released
* Providing an excellent level of customer service
* Updating the databases accordingly
* Keeping customers updated throughout the process and general administrative duties
Key Skills they are looking for
* Previous Customer Service Experience
* Resilient and excellent organisation skills
* Excellent telephone manner
* Empathetic and professional approach
The position would be to start immediately and you would need to be able to pass a credit check and fully flexible on your hours of work
