MAIN PURPOSE
To provide HR Administration support in respect of the Recruitment and Training functions, within the wider HR Team. The role is split equally between Recruitment and Training, providing end to end support in both these areas, ensuring a smooth delivery of service to Line Managers, the wider HR team, and prospective and current employees.

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES, ACCOUNTABILITIES AND DUTIES
Principle Duties
Recruitment
• To work closely with the Resourcing Leads to co-ordinate all recruitment and selection activity
• To support the Resourcing Leads and Line Managers with drafting and amending job adverts and job descriptions, using the standard template documents
• To post job adverts internally and externally using the relevant systems and channels, ensuring all adverts are "on brand"
• To manage the application process, responding to candidates in a timely and professional manner
• To co-ordinate and organise interviews, directly with candidates and recruitment agencies, including managing diaries, room booking and liaison with candidates
• To prepare interview packs and interview questions, using the bank of interview questions
• To be the point of contact for verbal job offers, working with the Recruiting Manager, and Recruitment Leads to ensure consistency of communication
• To work with HR Co-ordinators to ensure all starters are processed in a timely fashion, following appropriate procedures and with the correct documentation
• To process all DBS checks and obtain references for new employees ensuring adherence to both safer recruitment and DBS policies.
• To support with the roll out of the new HR system
• To compile recruitment data from the HR system
Training
• To be responsible for co-ordinating all Learning & Development activities from end to end
• To support the Workforce Development Lead in all Learning and Development activities
• To organise all aspects of corporate induction, including liaising with the HR team regarding individual start dates
• To oversee and monitor the local induction process ensuring all paperwork is completed and track all probation periods
• To manage and maintain delegate lists for all internal training courses for example, the Core Management Programme and provide full administration support for these courses including preparing and printing materials.
• Management of training waiting lists and booking sheets
• To source venues for training sessions and manage venue booking including all logistics for the training day
• Entry and maintenance of training records in the HR system, compiling data from the system and reporting
• To support the Operations Manager and Workforce Development Lead in all aspects of compliance training for the business.

• A good working knowledge of recruitment processes

QUALIFICATIONS
• Full or part CIPD qualification is essential
• Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent
