Hays Education is looking to recruit an experienced Supply Coordinator to work in a large Hereford Secondary School. Hays Education is a market leading specialist recruitment agency.

Your new role
We have a fantastic opportunity for you to work with us in a successful and dynamic Secondary School they are looking for a hardworking, pro-active and a committed team player. This is a full time role and this school is looking for someone who can hit the ground running and who has worked in a school as a supply coordinator previously. This is a long term temporary job with the opportunity of turning into a permanent job.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have strong communication and correspondence skills, and knowledge of using SIMS is essential as well as a familiarity of working with and supporting staff, parents and students in a positive and friendly manner. The School are looking for someone to start in September at the start of the school year. You are required to have an open, polite and welcoming personality with a strong work ethic. You will need to be able to provide employment references and be willing to possibly work flexible hours.
