A reputable Secondary School is seeking an Art and Photography Teacher to cover planned and unplanned absences within the department. This post has an immediate start date and requires someone local to South Gloucestershire as requests for cover can be at short notice. This is a part-time, temporary position offering flexibility to your working week and a light workload.
The School is set in a scenic town in South Gloucestershire, it is a popular School for both staff and students, the latter of which are well behaved and keen learners.
The successful Teacher will be required to provide detailed feedback for the returning teacher, and will otherwise enjoy a teaching role without planning and marking responsibilities. The School requires a candidate with qualified teacher status and is open to applications from NQTs as well as experienced teachers. You will need excellent knowledge and practice of the KS3 and KS4 curriculum, the ability to quickly build positive relationships with the students and manage behaviour confidently and effectively.
