Mixologist

We are looking for a candidate for our client in the Cotswold's. They are situated in a country estate of 150 acres with a boutique hotel. With picture perfect cottages to stay in, a cookery school, sophisticated cocktail bar, and restaurant in their country pub and tithe barn.

They have great working atmosphere with the possibility to grow with new upcoming projects. With nearly all ingredients created on site there is a rewarding work environment and great opportunity to work with fresh produces daily.

The ideal candidate needs to have;

• Strong knowledge of working with cocktails
• Ability to create your own cocktail list on a regular basis
• Good knowledge of wine and spirits.
• Comfortable on running a bar on your own
• Stocktaking experience
• Proffessional and acle to work as part of a team
• Well organaiseed and good time keeping
• Can drive and owns your own transport

The position is full time permanent position with about a 45- 50 hour week. This opportunity comes with a competitive salary of 18,000 to 20,000. There is a possibility for a candidate looking for a live in position. Own transport is still needed for this though.
