To provide high quality, efficient customer service to our Customers, always fanatically supporting the company's brand. Remaining passionate and enthusiastic at all times whilst always striving to offer the best.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Receive and Process Customer Orders
- Communication to customers/ clients/ internally/ externally
- Provide excellent after sales service
- Support the Field Sales Representatives to support them in reaching their targets
- To be proactive in proposing ways to enhance customer experience
- Work closely with other departments to ensure customers are receiving the service we strive for
- To work within KPIs given and set for you by the Management Team
Requirements:
- Fluent in Spanish, English, French, German or Italian
- Previous administrative experience would be advantageous
- A positive "can do" attitude!
