Our client is a rapidly expanding social media software & Digital marketing agency, who enables companies to deliver social media marketing at scale. Who's products and services are used at some of the UK's biggest brands as well as hundreds of SMEs.

They're an extremely fast growing startup with big ambitions, and as part of their growth they have an exciting opportunity for an Account Manager with 2+ years (B2B preferred) in a client facing marketing agency role, looking to fast track their career as part of their growing team.

As a Digital Account Manager you will work closely with the agencies clients, helping them understand how the agency can help them achieve their business goals, building agency / client relations and making sure all projects are completed within the client brief.

You will work closely with the development team, making sure all elements of project delivery run smoothly, feeding back to the client and making sure they are kept updated throughout the process.

The role will also require helping clients put together marketing strategy, helping them understand the social media solutions & services the agency can provide and how they can be of benefit.

Ideally candidates will be extremely comfortable fronting digital, social and content campaigns as these are at the forefront of the agencies work.

Candidates will need agency experience in a client facing role, as well as an understanding of PPC, SEO & social media.

The agency are looking for a creative, strategic Digital Account Manager who are looking to work on exciting, forward thinking projects for their clients.

Account Manager Job Description Responsibilities include:

Drive client strategy across a portfolio of accounts and advise client on how to achieve their business goals in the most effective manner

To build and sustain strong and long-lasting relationships with client-side senior managers and maintain frequent contact with any other third party agencies used by each client.

To motivate and support the technical delivery teams in delivering an outstanding service, taking responsibility for the quality of work carried out by all team members.

To support Head of Services and new business acquisition and on-boarding of new clients.

Translate the clients' needs and goals into a clear and achievable road map Oversee and project manage on-going retainer activity and project work for your customers, ensuring work is delivered to the highest standard, on time and to budget.

Managing client expectations throughout the production process Represent the agency by attending regular meetings with clients, create reports and present results, new concepts and strategies.

Anticipate and address any potential issues before they develop

Requirements include:

  • 2+ years B2B digital PM / AM Experience, looking to progress to an SAM Proactive and highly organised, with excellent information management skills and a proven ability to multi-task. ?
  • Enthusiasm, passion for digital tech and social media channels Strong digital background and understanding of PPC, SEO, social, content Pitch proposal and presentation
