Commercial Property Solicitor, Gloucestershire - Are you an experienced Commercial Property Locum with availability to cover annual leave over the summer? We have the role for you.
JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 3 years
LOCATION: Gloucestershire (Commutable from: Gloucester, Cheltenham, Cirencester, Stow-on-the-Wold and Stroud)
HOURLY RATE: Dependent on Experience
THE ROLE:
An experienced Commercial Property Locum is sought by this busy regional firm to cover annual leave through the summer months. You will take responsibility for a busy excising caseload of commercial property sales and purchases, advising on landlord & tenant right, providing lease advice and handling property finance issues. This holiday cover role will commence in early July and run until September.
THE CANDIDATE:
The successful Commercial Property Locum will be a qualified Solicitor with in excess of 3 years experience of handling a range of Commercial Property matters. You will have exceptional knowledge of all aspects of commercial property sale and purchase, as well as good understanding of landlord & tenant right, leases and commercial property finance.
