Job Description
The role involves telesales to existing and new customers along with administration tasks, inputting invoices onto our accounting system. Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years experience as an administrator or similar role. Food industry knowledge would be ideal but not essential.
Receiving or calling existing / new customers to take daily orders
Processing these orders onto Sage 200 - knowledge of sage ideal but not essential as training will be offered
Calling customers during promotions and offers
Maintaining office records for the daily operation.
General admin duties
Personal Qualities
A confident and motivated individual
Minimum 2 years experience in a administration role
Strong IT skills
Good communicator
A good organiser, flexible and hard working
Working week : Sun - Fri (3pm until 11pm) 5 days a week
Basic salary depending on Experience
