Job Description LOCATION: Horsham, West Sussex
JOB TITLE: Qualified Electrician
SALARY & BENEFITS: circa GBP35,000 dependent on previous experience plus company vehicle , mobile phone and annual leave package
WORKING HOURS: Full Time - Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
THE COMPANY: Our client are experienced property maintenance specialists offering a complete range of affordable services for domestic and commercial clients throughout the entire Surrey and West Sussex area. Due to the continued successful growth they now seek an experienced and qualified electrician to join their existing team based in the Horsham and West Sussex area.
THE ROLE: You will be predominantly based in the Horsham area however you may be required to travel to other sites within the South East. This is a varied role covering all aspects of electrical maintenance and installations including fault finding , re wiring, and fuse board changes, as well as a range of other electrical maintenance duties and repairs such as diagnostics and fault finding.
THE CANDIDATE: The successful candidate for the post must be a qualified electrician with experience in electrical testing and inspection. You should be experienced in a range of Electrical fault finding, repairs and general maintenance tasks and must have a valid ECS card. Candidates must have a valid UK Driving Licence and must be able to commute to and work within the Horsham and West Sussex area. You will also as part of this role be required every 1 in 4 weeks to be part of a on call out rota for which call out charges and overtime is paid.
Key Experience/ Characteristics preferred for the Qualified Electricians role in Horsham, West Sussex :-
Must be a qualified electrician with experience in electrical testing and inspection
Must have valid ECS card
Valid UK Driving Licence is essential
Must undergo a DBS check as part of the role
