RSPCA Charity Shop, York Road, Acomb
Term: Permanent Contract.
Probationary period: 12 months.
Hours: 22.5 hours per week over 3 days (including shared weekend working).
Normal working day: 8.30am to 5.00pm with one hour for lunch unpaid.
Salary: GBP7.62 per hour
Can you support the Charity Shop Manager who manages a busy shop raising money to help local animal welfare?
Have you the skills and enthusiasm for the following:
With the smooth running of the shop operation in the charity shop managers absence
Support the shop manager to achieve the financial sales target
Maintain required standards of performance and presentation
Source, sort and price and merchandise donated stock
Coordinate and maintain a programme of generating for quality donations for sale.
Charity retail experience is essential, together with an excellent knowledge of ladies fashion.
The position is available for 22.5 hours, covering three days per week, including shared weekend working. You will be working with a Charity Shop Manager who will work five full days per week. The shop will be open 7 days a week
