Production Manager Ongoing Contract
You have an electronics background and are a professional and experienced Manager with an ability to lead, manage and motivate teams in a logistic, production, manufacturing and distribution environment. You are proficient with inventory and material handling, and production planning. If you have worked in the aerospace arena this will stand you in good stead.
You are used to managing and scheduling teams in the production process, overseeing production lead times and quality of output against targets and KPIs. You have a keen eye for budget control and forecasting production requirements ahead of time to meet client expectations.
You are able to juggle production management alongside warehouse stock rotations, feeding picking and packing lines and planning for shortages and advance parts ordering. You have attention to detail for ensuring staff are maintaining high standards of stock identification, labelling and allocation.
This role is located in Fareham with on site free parking, spacious modern and purpose built environment. Salary is dependent on experience.
