My client, a family run company and nationwide leading business are looking for a personable and dynamic team leader to join their ever expanding and successful headquarters in Gloucester.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Ensuring sales order are processed in a timely manner
• Supporting and mentoring other team members to maximise potential
• Assisting with usage and implementation of Sage Line 50
• Develop key contacts with various clients
• Maintaining and developing a key account database
• Identify training and development needs within the team, and assist the team to achieve their personal, departmental and company commitments
• Provide regular feedback to General Manager on team performance and any issues that occur
• Identify and contribute to your own personal development needs
• Work closely with Buyers & Head of Sales to ensure all customer needs are met.
• Maintaining price lists and keeping track on stock

Key Qualifications/Experience:

• Experience with SAGE essential
• Experience of FMCG industry ideal
• Previous experience in an outbound sales role
• Good negotiation skills
• Excellent telephone manner and good communication skills in building rapport
• Strong understanding of treating customers fairly
