We're looking for a talented Senior Account Director / Group Account Director for an exciting and growing digital agency in central Bristol. This is a unique opportunity for a Senior Account Director or Group Account Director to join and be part of the agency's next 5 years of growth. As well as a rare opportunity for progression (read on) there are some great financial and non-financial benefits on offer as well.
The experience we need.
- Previous experience working as an Account Director, Senior Account Manager or Group Account Director for a marketing or digital agency.
- A strong background in digital campaigns. Web build experience is relevant too, but a strong digital campaign background is more important.
- Ability to think strategically about account growth, as well as being strategic in the marketing sense of the word,
- A proactive approach to winning new work from existing clients and getting involved in pitches.
- A positive, ambitious person who wants to make a real difference and grow with the agency.
The role.
There is a bit of flexibility around the role. The agency would like to increase their account direction capability, whilst also winning a couple of additional larger clients (they have some great contacts and currently win most of their work via referrals), whilst also increasing their digital campaign planning capability. Ideally the Senior Account Director or Group Account Director will tick some or all of all of these boxes. There could even be two roles. A Senior or Group Account Director with FMCG, Food and drinks brands in their CV would be have the edge over candidates without.
