German Speaking Talent Aquisition- London- Shoreditch
In order to achieve our ambitious growth plans, we are looking for a German Speaking Internal Recruiter to join our London based Internal Recruitment Team.
You will be required to source and pre-screen candidates for our internal vacancies in our Swiss and German operations.
This position also requires a pro-active approach which you will be required to use various techniques in order to source potential employees.
Above all you must be able to take control of the whole recruitment process, liasing with Sales Managers and candidates in order to ensure we are attracting Top Talent into the MBA Group.
The ideal candidate for this position must be an experienced Recruiter fluent in German and English (written and oral) with first class communication skills and have a persuasive nature.
