REED Property & Construction are pleased to be working with a successful Mechanical & Electrical Company who have experienced continued growth over the past 40 years and now supply a full range of M&E services from design, through build and on to final handover.
They have a broad scope of work either supporting main Contractors, many of whom they have repeat business with, or on their own design and build projects which typically are in the Education, Commercial or residential sectors.
As part of sustained growth and confirmed forward orders they are looking for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join their team.
You will be responsible for the delivery phase of each project working alongside your electrical counterpart and ensuring the onsite works progress to agreed plans.
You will be a point of contact for the Client and Main contractors representatives and will represent the Company at progress meetings.
Typically projects are valued above GBP3 million
Wider experience or knowledge of the design phase would be beneficial.
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with proven experience and track record of successful on site installation and project delivery.
Background in Mechanical building services installations
Strong communication skills
Flexible attitude to work
