R Care are currently recruiting for a home based on-call coordinator.


Based in Byker, R Care are quickly establishing themselves as a leading name in the health care recruitment sector. Opened in November 2017, their dedicated and qualified consultants are looking to expand their team.
Your primary job role would be to take bookings out of hours from clients by phone and fill them with our pipeline of temporary staff.

This will be done by calling and sending out texts then liaising with the client to let them know who is booked in to the shift.


You would be based in the R Care office from 8.30 until 1pm on Mondays and 1pm until 5pm on Fridays to input timesheets and give reports on the weekend work to the manager. Aside from this, you would be contactable by phone over the weekend and through the night.

The ideal candidate will have some experience in recruitment or the health care sector and be able to work independently and efficiently. They should be able to manage their own time and be accountable, understanding the responsibilities of their role.
